Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation, with the policy below applied. Guests who choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking will receive a 5% discount on the total price.
You may cancel your booking at any time; however, note that all payments made are non-refundable.

•If you have already paid the full amount or settled the remaining balance before cancelling, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

•If you have only paid the deposit, a 50% cancellation fee applies, which corresponds to the amount of your deposit.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen changes or cancellations.
